REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds in accordance with the guidelines below to ensure a fair and satisfactory experience for all our users.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable for services/courses not delivered as promised.

  • Requests must be made within 1 business week of the service start or issue.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for completed services or live 1-on-1 sessions already conducted.

Process

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Data Security

We use secure servers and encryption to protect your data. However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer automated cancellations at this time. All cancellations must be handled manually.

Manual Cancellation

To request a cancellation of a scheduled session or course:

  • Contact our support team at least 24 hours before the session.

  • We will review and process the request manually.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refunds.
